I've always enjoyed bacon and couple of months ago a friend sent me a link to the BBQ Addicts website where there was a recipe for something called Bacon Explosion. I got interested but never really got around to try the recipe.
I started talking to a german friend about the explosion and as he was coming to Sweden for a weekend in June we decided to make one during his stay and here's how it happened.
This was our first attempt at making a Bacon Explosion but I'm sure we'll try it again and we'll keep adding stuff to this website until we've made the perfect Bacon Explosion.
